Though the drilling was set to begin on Monday, hotel officials tell us drilling will officially begin on Tuesday, due to some clearance issues. Those in the area may hear some noise and even feel some vibrations as soon as the drilling starts, though hotel officials say it's not expected to impact any guest rooms within the hotel or nearby. Workers will be drilling in six different locations at the Mirage Resort this week to determine where exactly to construct the iconic Hard Rock Guitar.
